1. Parties and Subject of the Agreement
This User Agreement (the 'Agreement') is concluded between Orinium (the 'Platform', 'Server', 'Management') and the natural persons who access the Platform, register, or connect to the server (the 'User', 'Player').
Every User who registers on the Platform, connects to 'play.orinium.net' and the associated server addresses, or benefits from the services offered through the orinium.net domain, declares in advance that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms set out in this Agreement.
2. Mojang and Microsoft Disclaimer
Orinium is not affiliated, directly or indirectly, with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation or their subsidiaries, and is not approved or endorsed by these organisations.
Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Orinium is an independent community server and operates in accordance with the principles of the Mojang Commercial Usage Guidelines and the Minecraft End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
3. Nature of the Service and Account Security
Orinium is an entertainment-focused Minecraft experience on Minecraft Java Edition that brings exploration, building, adventure, events and various game modes together in one world for its players.
The User is personally responsible for the security of their Minecraft account. The account holder is directly liable for any security breach and sanction that may arise from transferring or sharing the account with third parties.
In order to connect to the server, the User must hold a valid and legitimate Minecraft licence.
4. Prohibited Activities and Principles of Conduct
While using the Platform, Users undertake not to carry out the following acts:

- Using cheats (X-ray, Fly, KillAura, etc.), unauthorised third-party software, and abusing in-game mechanics (bug abuse),
- Carrying out DDoS, flood, lag machine and similar system-straining attacks against the server infrastructure, the database or other players,
- Making statements in public chat that contain insults, profanity, discrimination, hate speech, racism or harassment,
- Advertising other servers, commercial websites or unauthorised Discord communities,
- Attempting to sell in-game items or accounts between players for real money (TRY, USD, etc.) — RMT (Real Money Trading).
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The intellectual and industrial property rights of all original content created within Orinium belong to the Orinium Management. It may not be used, copied or distributed without permission.
Copying, distributing or reverse-engineering these materials without permission is subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
6. Sanctions and Termination of the Service
The Orinium Management reserves the right to suspend the accounts of users who act contrary to this Agreement or the Server Rules temporarily or permanently, to block their access to the server, or to reset their in-game assets.
No refund is issued for accounts removed due to a rule violation.
7. Amendments and Entry into Force
The Orinium Management has the right to update this Agreement unilaterally in line with legislative changes or operational requirements. The current text enters into force immediately on the date it is published on the website.
