Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER (CONSUMER): the natural person who places an order through the orinium.net store and declares their Minecraft username.

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in relation to the sale and delivery of the in-game digital currency (Orinium Points / OP credit packages) whose characteristics and sale price are stated on the site and which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's orinium.net website.

The products offered for sale are digital in-game intangible rights and content valid on the Orinium Minecraft server.

The total sale price of the products, including all taxes, is clearly shown on the order form and in the payment summary. Payment is collected in United States dollars (USD).

The products subject to the Agreement do not require physical shipping or dispatch.

Following payment confirmation, the products are credited automatically and electronically to the Minecraft account declared by the BUYER on the order form, through the server infrastructure, either instantly or within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours.

The BUYER is responsible for delivery failures arising from an incorrect or mistyped username.

Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 1, subparagraph (ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation: 'The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in contracts concerning services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.'

The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes in advance that the products purchased are digital content in nature, that performance begins immediately upon confirmation, and that there is no statutory right of withdrawal for delivered digital products.

For disputes that may arise from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction up to the value announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
