Cancellation and Refund Terms

All products sold in the Orinium store (Orinium Points / OP credit packages) fall within the scope of digital intangible content and are credited directly to the player's in-game profile at the moment of delivery.

Pursuant to consumer legislation and Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, no refund is made for products consumed or delivered instantly in an electronic environment.

Immediate compensation is provided for products whose payment has been completed successfully but which have not been credited to your account within 24 hours due to technical failures:

• Follow the instructions on our support page (/support) or send your order number through the Discord #support channel.

• Our authorised team will review the payment logs and credit the product to your account manually.

• If the product cannot be provided because of a technical impossibility, the order amount is refunded in full through the channel used for payment.

Only Orinium Points packages are sold in the Orinium store. If the user enters the wrong username or selects the wrong credit package during purchase, and the credits loaded have not been spent in game in whole or in part, a transfer of the credits to the correct account or a package correction may be requested within 48 hours of the purchase by applying through Discord or e-mail and presenting the payment receipt.

Orinium Points that have been spent in whole or in part, used, or transferred to third parties can under no circumstances be exchanged, transferred or refunded.

If an unjustified chargeback (payment dispute) is initiated through a bank or payment institution for an order whose payment has been completed and whose product has been received:

• The Minecraft account concerned and all connected accounts are permanently banned from the Orinium network (Blacklist),

• All in-game assets and Orinium Points in that account are permanently deleted,

• Where necessary, a criminal complaint may be filed with the judicial authorities, together with evidence records, against the unjustified dispute and the attempted fraud.
